November 29 - Hands On Cooking Class for Singles – UMBRIA

Alta Cucina is hosting its first ever Cooking Demonstration Class for Singles recommended ages 30-45. Maximum class size will be 20 (first 10 male and first 10 female registrants). Cooking classes are a fun way to learn, from the basics of Italian home cooking meals to some more advanced culinary techniques. At the Regional Classics demonstration cooking classes and dinners, you ‘ll be watching and helping to prepare a 3 course meal from the tradition of one of Italian 20 regions. Guided at all steps by expert chefs, you’ll be able to make the recipes yourself in a fun and relaxed environment so that you can duplicate them in your own kitchen at home. While tables are set for dinner an “aperitivo” will be served, featuring Prosecco A sit down dinner will follow to enjoy both your preparations and interesting conversations while sipping pairing wines.
