Our Chef’s Demonstration Dinner consist usually of a 4 course meal, where our Executive Chef or a guest chef prepares and illustrates all four recipes at our demo station in front of you comfortably sitting at the dining table.
Each course is served and savored at the table after the presentation and paired with a specific wine. Menu and Recipes printouts are available to all attendants.
Come also to Altacucina's Epicurean Center for a series of educational events on Italian wines. We're excited to offer you three different formats: one a wine social to learn something about wines while mingling with new friends, a second will be a series of wine/food pairings, and a third series will be an in-depth look at Italy's lesser known regions. The seminars will be led by a variety of Italian wine professionals.
